Natural green tea 100g
Description
Green tea - THEA SINESIS comes from China. Contrary to black tea, it does not undergo a fermentation process, which preserves its valuable ingredients. Green tea leaves are dried in such a way that all its compounds retain their full potency. It contains, among others, vitamins A, B, C, PP, K, minerals and microelements. It also contains valuable minerals such as iron salts, magnesium, phosphorus and potassium. This popular drink promotes the accumulation of vitamin C in the body, and fresh green tea leaves contain up to four times more vitamin C than, for example, lemon or orange juice. Drinking it provides clarity of mind and activity, and facilitates concentration and memory learning.
The stimulating and relaxing effect of green tea, depending on the way it is brewed, is especially appreciated. It is best to boil tap water for 5 minutes in an open kettle, and then cool it down for another 5 minutes. Pour the Chinese green tea with water at approx. 80 degrees Celsius. If the tea is to have a stimulating effect, brew it for 2-3 minutes, if relaxing, a little longer: 6-8 minutes. Then pour the infusion into another jug; if we don't; it will taste bitter.
