Description
Natural brown cane demerara sugar is obtained by extracting the juice from sugar cane. The juice is heated to evaporate the water and sugar crystallization. Then, the sugar is centrifuged in a centrifuge to remove impurities and drying gold sugar crystals. Unrefined, produced from sugar cane growing on the volcanic island of Mauritius. Demerara sugar cane has a light-brown, crispy, slightly moist crystals with an extremely delicate, refined taste. Recommended primarily to sweeten coffee and tea, as well as an addition to cakes, ice cream, preserves and liqueurs.
