Description
Mugwort wormwood herb 50g- Natura Wita, gluten-free. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
The herbal raw material is mainly the upper shoots of the plant with the inflorescence. They contain essential oils: thujone, thujol, thujol esters, chamazulene and bisabolene. In addition to the oil, mugwort also contains other substances with therapeutic effects, including: bitter substances, flavonoids, diterpenes, vitamin C and tannins. Wormwood herb preparations are recommended for combating roundworms, protozoa and flatworms.
Action of infusions and decoctions: stimulating gastric juice and saliva, cleanses the kidneys, also has antipyretic, antibacterial, antispasmodic effects in the digestive tract and urinary tract, externally, wormwood extracts have a toxic effect on skin parasites (pediculosis, scab), anthelmintic effect on pinworms, supportive in eating disorders - anorexia.
Preparation: Pour a glass of boiling water over 1 teaspoon of the herb. Cover and infuse for 5-10 minutes, strain. Drink the infusion once a day, preferably before a meal.
Contraindications: bleeding from the digestive tract, acute catarrhal inflammation of the intestinal and gastric mucosa, peptic ulcer disease, hemorrhoids, pregnancy and lactation.
