Composition 100% vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid)
Use A healthy person needs prophylactically 4-10 g of vitamin C daily in 4 divided doses. (a teaspoon holds about 4.5 grams of the product) Vitamin C is the only one that does not really stick to standards (such as the recommended daily intake). One healthy person will need 4g, and another 2.5 times as much as another. A sick person will need even several dozen times as much as a healthy person. Consume a portion of the product once a day, preferably with a meal with water, the dietary supplement can be dissolved in water or your favorite drink (the measuring spoon attached to the package). Do not exceed recommended servings for consumption during the day. The product cannot be used by people who are allergic to any of its ingredients.
